About Kenaura

Reputation rarely collapses overnight. It drifts, and nobody is watching.

Why we built it

The warning signs were always public. They were just spread across too many places to see at once.

Most reputation problems start small: a handful of reviews about the same issue, a thread that picks up replies, a post that gets quoted. Each one is visible to anyone who looks. The trouble is that no one is looking at all of them, all the time.

Reviews sit on one platform, complaints on another, coverage on a third. The weekly report that pulls it together arrives days after the pattern formed. By the time the trend is obvious, it has become the story.

Kenaura was built to close that gap. It listens continuously across the places people talk about brands, scores every mention as it arrives and flags the moment something breaks pattern, so teams can respond while a problem is still small enough to fix.

Principles

Three rules the product is held to.

  1. 01

    Signal over noise

More mentions is not more insight. Kenaura is built to show what changed, not everything that was said.

  2. 02

    Alert early, not loudly

An alert should be rare enough to trust and early enough to matter. Baselines and tunable sensitivity keep it that way.

  3. 03

    You decide the response

Kenaura never posts, replies or acts on your behalf. It gives your team the evidence and leaves the judgment to people.
