Coverage, alerts and data retention, answered.
Are there limits on source coverage?
Starter covers review sites and social platforms. Growth and Agency add forums, communities, news and blogs. On every plan, collection is limited to public content and follows each platform's terms, so private groups and restricted content are never included.
How are alerts configured?
On Growth and Agency, each brand has its own baseline and you choose the sensitivity: how far volume or sentiment has to move before an alert fires, and which team receives it. Starter summarises changes in the daily digest instead of real-time alerts.
How long are mentions kept?
Mentions are stored for the retention window of your plan so dashboards and reports can compare against history. When the window passes, older mentions are removed from your workspace. The Data & Sources page has the details.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Moving from Starter to Growth, or from Growth to Agency, keeps your brand history, baselines and reports in place.
Do I need a separate account for each client?
No. The Agency plan gives each client its own workspace inside one account, with separate brands, alerts and reports.
