What benchmarking answers

Three questions leadership always asks.

01

Are we being talked about more or less than them?

Share of voice by week and by source family shows whether your presence is growing relative to the category.

02

Do people like us more than them?

Sentiment side by side, overall and per topic, shows where your reputation is genuinely stronger.

03

Where are they weak that we are strong?

Topic comparison highlights themes where a competitor draws complaints and you draw praise.

Questions

Benchmarking FAQ

How many competitors can I track?

The number of tracked competitors depends on your plan. Growth and Agency plans support more competitors per brand. The pricing page lists what each plan includes.

Do competitors know they are being tracked?

Kenaura analyses publicly available mentions about a brand. It does not interact with competitors, their accounts or their customers.

Can I change competitors later?

Yes. Competitors can be added or swapped. History for a newly added competitor starts from the date it was added.
